Thank You

I want to first of all thank the fire fighters, paramedics, and police officers that were there helping save my son Seth, I can not express how grateful I am that you all never gave up on him and did everything you could for Seth. You are all our Hero's and we are glad to have been able to have you see Seth and see that he is okay because of you.

I also want to thank the doctors and nurses that helped Seth get stable and never gave up on him. Thank you for being there for us as well and helping us learn how to take care of him. To all Seth's doctors, specialists, employees and therapists who have helped with his progress that have helped keep him healthy over the years. Thank you to Tarzana Hospital PICU staff for the amazing care and love you have shown us every time Seth has had to be in the hospital. To all the nurses over the years that have worked for us and been so loving and kind to Seth thank you and I am grateful for the time you were with us.

I want to thank family and friends who were there everyday giving us love, donations and support. I want to thank those who come to our fundraisers and donate money to help Seth get everything he needs. You show such love time and time again coming to every one of our dinners and golf tournaments it means so much to us. I want to thank the companies and people who donate things for our raffles that helps us raise money. I want to thank those who help with the fundraisers especially Kelly Mako who has helped organize our fundraiser and has helped us with so many of them, you are an angel here on earth. Thank you to Jimmy Katranis who painted a beautiful mural for Seth. You all are amazing people who have been there for us and showed us love and support through the years, you will never know how your kindness is such a blessing and so appreciated. We love you all!!

I also want to thank Dawn, a mom who tragically had a son Collin who also had a non fatal drowning accident and survived with severe brain injury, a year before Seth. Dawn found the courage and strength with all she was going through to create a parents of near drown group on the internet. My family found her group and contacted her, she then contacted me while Seth and I were in the hospital. Dawn gave me so much information on the therapies that had helped her son and let me know how her son was recovering. Dawn gave me hope and that at the time was more then any doctor was giving me for Seth. Dawn has become one of my dearest friends over the years and has helped so many other families as well.
